After having graduated from university with distinction and having worked with an international law firm, I established my own office in 1997. Since then I have practiced as an attorney-at-law and I am a certified tax lawyer since 2011. I have specialized in:
- commercial criminal law (tax evasion, delayed filing of insolvency etc.),
- managing director liability and paulian actions,
- contract drafting, esp. terms and conditions (AGB) and articles of association (Satzungen),
- commercial property and building land transactions,
- cross-border transactions, esp. dealing with Russia and Scandinavia.
Plus: I play drums in a punk rock band.
